All consultations are by appointment and can be booked over the telephone or in person at reception between 08:00 - 18:30. The majority of appointments can be booked in advance however some slots are reserved for "on the day" emergencies.
Please note that from April 2016 we will be providing an open surgery on Mondays. If you ring the practice between 8am to 10am on Mondays, we guarantee an appointment that day. After 10am calls are triaged and appointments are given same day based on clinical need.
Although patients are able to book an appointment with any GP at the practice, you can request a specific GP for a routine appointment if you require. Please bear in mind however that you may have to wait longer to see your doctor of choice.
Patients are reminded that an appointment is for 10 minutes and for one person and one condition only. If you think you might need longer, or if someone else in your family needs to be seen, please book two appointments.
A translation service is available for patients whose first language is not English. Please ask at reception for details.
In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly. A list of their clinics can be found on the relevant tab on the "opening times" page of this website.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
